Mr. Joseph I. Lipsky

Miami car accident lawyer Joe Lipsky is the 2^nd Florida personal injury attorney in his family, having watched his father, Michael Lipsky, help seriously injured accident victims in Miami for over 35 years. Joe’s family has lived in South Florida since the late 1800s, as one of Key West’s founding families.

Joe graduated the University of Florida with a degree Public Relations in 1989. Then he attended St. Thomas University where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1992. While attending law school, Joe was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice, the field to which he would eventually dedicate his legal career- personal injury trial law, which encompasses car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, medical malpractice and attacks on a business’ property.

Joe decided to help seriously injured accident victims after being injured himself in a car accident when he was in high school. The experience of surviving a Miami Beach car accident and undergoing surgeries and recuperation gave Joe a unique perspective into understanding the difficulties which injured personal injury accident victims must overcome. Aside from his professional success, Joe regularly volunteers his time in Fort Lauderdale and Miami by coaching youth flag-football, lacrosse and baseball. Mr. Lipsky is also a long-time volunteer with Reading for Life, a volunteer organization in which working professionals read to kindergarten students in various underprivileged schools to help foster a life-long love of reading and learning. Joe is also actively involved in Stand Among Friends, an organization which assists individuals suffering from various neurological conditions, including paralysis.
